As of 1 March 2025, Frank Goede will join IMPREG as the new Group CEO and will be based in Ammerbuch Germany. Frank Goede comes from a position as CEO of ASK Chemicals and has prior to that held several leadership positions in various industries and companies and brings a wealth of international and managerial leadership experience from various industries.

Thoroughly selected candidate as CEO

Frank has held positions in sales, marketing, technical service, project management and site operations prior to becoming a CEO and thereby brings expertise in various functions Søren F. Knudsen, Chairman of the Board of IMPREG says: We have had a very thorough process in finding Frank Goede, and we are very happy finding an international leader with vast experience in growth environments.

Frank has shown strong customer focus throughout his career and brings a customer centric leadership mindset. IT security and development

Simon will be leading the digital vision and driving the digital transformation of the IMPREG Group while mitigating threats from cyber-crime. He will be responsible for maintaining and further developing the group wide IT infrastructure, IT applications and IT organization to support the IMPREG growth journey and he will work closely with the IMPREG Team in the regional organizations. Simon will be based in Ammerbuch.

Strong and innovative

Simon Füss comes from a position as Global Head of IT Infrastructure and Operations with a company based in Ulm, operating globally with presence in 80 countries. He is a strong leader with a passion for all aspects of IT and driving digital transformation. Simon brings with him a wealth of experience and he has successfully led and developed high performance and reliable IT systems and IT environments.
He is focused on value creation of technical innovations, IT security and keeping productivity and efficient work processes at the forefront . He has a strong background within many facets of core IT including developing global IT standards, administration and support of Windows server, network, cloud solutions, risk management, etc.
